This is the second time Ben has come out to fix my faulty plumbing - first the shower and then today (on a bank holiday!) a broken washing machine inlet valve. He provides a great service, at a good price and is strongly supported by Judith, who makes sure all communications and invoices are prompt and reliable. It’s such a relief to find someone like this. It was as I suspected that the heating pump was on it's last legs as it was knocking & banging. Ben came as arranged and his office updated me as to time because he was running a bit late. He drained part of the system, went to buy a new pump and then fitted it. No dramas and very efficient person. I now have a nice quite pump. I have used BeeXpress before and will continue to do so as I need the boiler servicing next. 5* service

Our boiler broke down and Bee Express were there in a flash. They identified the replacement part we needed and ordered it straight away. As soon as the part came in they installed it right away to ensure we had our heating back on in time for the weekend. A great job ad excellent cutomer service.

Our old boiler (33 years old) failed in early April. Ben from BeeXpress arrived promptly and spent a long time trying to repair it. This included tracking down spare parts no longer readily available. In the end it was evident that a new boiler was needed. Ben suggested a Vaillant model because the boiler had to be fitted in a very restricted space . He arrived on the 16th April and finished the installation in two days as promised. He worked very professionally but was always friendly and willing to explain technical matters in a way the layman could understand. The price was probably not the cheapest but I feel we had a "Rolls Royce" service.

Ben came for our annual boiler service, showed up on time and covered all the work needed with as little mess and fuss as possible. He also took the time to explain about heat pumps as a future possibility after I mentioned it. Our invoice was sent in a timely fashion and communication was excellent as usual. Would always trust BeeXpress with any of our heating and plumbing issues as well as our annual service.

Mr. Ben's work in our flat was done to a high standard – he was meticulous and knowledgeable, as well as being a most pleasant, friendly and hard-working individual. All work was carried out in a very methodical and meticulous way with great care to the property and the site was left spotless. Administrative backup from the office was equally speedy, friendly and efficient. We were sent a detailed costing before agreeing to any further work including an estimate for the time it would take which was met exactly. The engineer arrived precicely at the arranged hour and we had received a call to notify us of him arriving 45 minutes before arrival. Professional, efficient and friendly service all round.

I have used BeeXpress twice. The first time my boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the winter. Ben came at 8.45 pm and sorted the problem. On the second occasion, I again got a quick response. Ben is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in his ability to deal with boiler problems.
