By law, when a gas engineer carries out work on one of your properties under management they must be on the Gas Safe Register to avoid putting tenants’ lives at risk and exposing you and your landlords to compensation claims.
Experienced – Our senior plumbers and gas safety engineers each have more than 9 years hands-on experience. Having encountered most situations before, you can rely on them to get the job done efficiently without fuss.
Up-to-date – All BeeXpress plumbers and gas safety engineers have regular training to keep abreast of new products coming on to the market, enabling us to give you an even better service.
Respectful of your time – Its the nature of the business, but it can be difficult to know how long a job will take until we get there and assess it. But we know how frustrating it can be waiting hours for tradespeople to arrive for an appointment so, in the event we are running late, we’ll give you a call half an hour beforehand to let you know.
